VINIFICATION
It is the young white wine from the winery that recovers an autochthonous variety from the Empordà. The grapes are harvested by hand in 10Kg boxes. The vinification is carried out in a stainless steel tank at a controlled temperature.
TASTING AND GASTRONOMY
Bright pale yellow wine. With high aromatic intensity of floral notes and ripe white fruit. It is a fresh wine, with a pleasant and accentuated acidity that gives structure and power to the wine with a reminiscence of fruit aromas. The salinity it presents is well marked and transports us to our landscape, with a great influence of the sea.
We can pair it with salads, grilled or baked fish, seafood.
