Natural sweet red wine made with Grenache Noir.
The grapes are harvested when ripe, by hand and in 10Kg boxes. Cold maceration before fermentation. The vinification is made in stainless steel tanks, with controlled temperature and rests in a sunny and serene damajoana for four years.
MISTELA
Natural sweet white wine made with Moscatel d’Alexandria.
The grapes are harvested when ripe, by hand and in 10Kg boxes. Cold maceration before fermentation. The vinification is made in stainless steel tanks, with controlled temperature, adding alcohol to half of the fermentation to preserve the natural sugar.
