COUPAGE
Natural sweet white wine made with Muscat of Alexandria.
VINIFICATION
The grapes are harvested when ripe, by hand and in 10Kg boxes. Cold maceration before fermentation. The vinification is made in stainless steel tanks, with controlled temperature, adding alcohol to half of the fermentation to preserve the natural sugar.
TASTING AND GASTRONOMY
Intense, clean and bright golden wine with aromas of pacified fruit, with character and complexity. In the mouth it is unctuous, dense and balanced with notes of over ripening.
